Are there any discounts with a valid disability ID?

With a valid disability ID, the SeeCard is free of charge.

I have a valid disability ID, where can I order my SeeCard?

The SeeCard can only be ordered and obtained at the office "Seeverwaltung". It cannot be ordered in the online shop. Please present your disability ID at the Seeverwaltung.

I need the season tickets as Christmas gifts, by when do I need to order them at the latest?

Orders placed by December 15, 2025, should arrive before Christmas.

At what age is a season ticket required, and how long is the child rate valid?

Admission to Stubenbergsee is subject to a fee starting from the age of 6. The Children's SeeCard costs €20 year-round. The child rate applies to ages 6-15.

I would like to order an annual parking ticket online – how does it work?

New this year: the digital parking ticket.

When placing your order online, simply enter your license plate number – your parking ticket will be registered automatically.

No printout, no shipping – your license plate will be active five working days after you receive the order confirmation.

When does my parking ticket become active?

Your license plate will be active five business days after order confirmation.

I have lost my season ticket, what schould i do now?

Until when is the promotional rate valid?

The promotional rate is divided into 3 periods:
Orders from 01.12. to 31.03.
Orders from 01.04. to 31.05.
Orders from 01.06. onwards

I have received a voucher, where can I redeem it?

The voucher can only be redeemed at the "Seeverwaltung"

I have had a SeeCard since 2024 and would like to order the new SeeCard 2026 online

If you have had a SeeCard since 2024, it can be reused for the 2026 season by recharging it. To do this, you need to order the 2026 SeeCard in the online shop. No new KeyCard will be sent; instead, the 'old' SeeCard will be activated for the 2026 season at your first visit to the lake ticket office.

IMPORTANT: The ticket offices are staffed only from the start of the swimming season!
