Are there any discounts with a valid disability ID?

With a valid disability ID, the SeeCard is free of charge.

I have a valid disability ID, where can I order my SeeCard?

The SeeCard can only be ordered and obtained at the office "Seeverwaltung". It cannot be ordered in the online shop. Please present your disability ID at the Seeverwaltung.

I need the season tickets as Christmas gifts, by when do I need to order them at the latest?

Orders placed by December 15, 2024, should arrive before Christmas.

At what age is a season ticket required, and how long is the child rate valid?

Admission to Stubenbergsee is subject to a fee starting from the age of 6. The Children's SeeCard costs €20 year-round. The child rate applies to ages 6-15.

Does the parking permit have to be firmly affixed to the windshield?

The parking permit must be placed clearly visible on the windshield. If this is not the case, the parking permit is automatically invalid.

Can I use the parking permit for two cars?

No, a parking permit is required for each car. The parking permit must be placed clearly visible on the windshield.

Until when is the promotional rate valid?

The promotional rate is divided into 3 periods:
Orders from 01.12.2023 to 31.03.2024
Orders from 01.04.2024 to 31.05.2024
Orders from 01.06.2024 onwards

I have received a voucher, where can I redeem it?

The voucher can only be redeemed at the "Seeverwaltung"

I own the SeeCard 2024 and would like to order the new SeeCard 2025 online

If you have a SeeCard from 2024, it can be reused for the 2025 season by recharging it. You need to order the SeeCard 2025 in the online shop for this. No new key card will be sent; instead, your SeeCard 2024 will be activated for the 2025 season during your first visit at the lake ticket counter.
IMPORTANT: The lake ticket counters are only staffed starting from the beginning of the swimming season!
